Signed and inscribed on the first free-end page, “To Mr. & Mrs. Lowell Welch, with every good wish, Ronald Reagan 7/27/65.” In very good condition, with light toning to signed page, as well as opening and closing pages and pastedowns, hinges a bit weak, creasing, impressions and a few small tears to dustjacket.
